Are you a hands-on Safety Manager who prefers being in the field rather than behind a desk? We're hiring for a long-term opportunity supporting an electrical contractor on a major Microsoft data center project with steady overtime, daily per diem, and an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional looking for project stability, strong weekly hours, and the chance to work on a high-profile mission-critical construction project.
???? Location: Port Washington, WI
???? Pay Rate: $49-$51/hr
???? Per Diem: $125/day
???? Duration: 2+ Years
⏰ Schedule: 60 Hours Weekly (6x10s, 1st Shift)
????️ Scope: Electrical contractor working on a Microsoft data center
WHAT YOU WILL OWN ✅ Conduct daily safety observations throughout the jobsite
✅ Perform regular field inspections and document findings
✅ Maintain a strong boots-on-the-ground presence with crews
✅ Identify hazards and support corrective actions
✅ Promote compliance with site safety requirements
✅ Work closely with field supervision to reinforce safe work practices
✅ Help develop and maintain a proactive safety culture
WHAT YOU NEED • OSHA 30 (Required)
• 5+ years of construction safety experience (Required)
• Strong communication and field leadership skills
• Electrical construction experience is a plus
• Data center experience is a huge plus
