Bilingual Construction Safety Manager

Our work helps build critical infrastructure at hospitals, data centers, and industrial buildings for general contracts and electricians.
We are currently seeking a Bilingual Construction Safety Manager to join our team. This is more than a compliance role - you’ll be a safety leader, mentor, and partner who ensures every team member goes home safe every day.

What you’ll do:
- Serve as company-wide Safety Manager ensuring OSHA compliance and Wildcat safety standards.
 - Train new employees and develop training program.
 - Evaluate, develop, and implement new safety policies and procedures.
 - Perform weekly inspections, hazard assessments, and enforce corrective actions at jobsites.
 - Develop and review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and Pre-Task Plans (PTPs).
 - Partner with project leadership and subcontractor teams to maintain a safe worksite.
 - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with a diverse workforce.
 
What we’re looking for:
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification (updated within 2 years).
 - Actively training to achieve OSHA 500 Construction Certification
 - Current First Aid, CPR, AED certification.
 - Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction Safety Manager.
 - Academic degree in Safety or related field (CSP, CHST, or ASP designations a plus).
 - Proven ability to recognize hazards, take corrective action, and lead safety programs.
 - Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
