Job Title: Safety Manager

Project Overview
This assignment provides full-time, on-site safety support for a large-scale data center construction project in Columbus, Ohio. The Safety Manager will report directly to the on-site Safety Lead and serve as a visible, hands-on presence in the field, supporting daily operations and overall site safety compliance.
Scope of Work
Primary activities include, but are not limited to:
• Field-based safety oversight for active data center construction operations
• Routine site safety inspections and hazard identification
• Completion of daily safety documentation and reports
• Participation in safety meetings with the site safety leadership team
• Support of site-specific safety programs and OSHA compliance
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a strong on-site field presence throughout daily operations
• Conduct daily safety inspections and document findings
• Identify, communicate, and help correct unsafe conditions and behaviors
• Complete daily safety reports and required documentation
• Participate in safety planning meetings and coordination efforts
• Support enforcement of site safety rules and procedures
• Assist the Safety Lead with ongoing safety initiatives and incident prevention
Qualifications
✅ OSHA 510, required
✅ Construction safety experience, required
✅ Data center construction experience, required
✅ Ability to work both day and night shifts
✅ Strong communication and documentation skills
