HazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Fairless Hills, PA to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.

• Oversee daily site safety activities and promote a strong safety culture
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, orientations, and toolbox talks
• Support subcontractor oversight and safe work practices in the field
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up
• Monitor high-risk activities, including electrical work and other data center construction hazards

Qualifications

• OSHA 510 required, NFPA 70e highly
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Data center and/or electrical construction experience strongly
• Experience working on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects
• Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, union jobsite environment
• Excellent verbal and written skills

Overtime expected, including 9-hour days, most Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
