HazTek is hiring an experienced Safety Specialist in Fairless Hills, PA to support our growing commercial construction projects. If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.
- Oversee daily site safety activities and promote a strong safety culture
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and site-specific safety requirements
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, orientations, and toolbox talks
- Support subcontractor oversight and safe work practices in the field
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action follow-up
- Monitor high-risk activities, including electrical work and other data center construction hazards
Qualifications
- OSHA 510 required, NFPA 70e highly
- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Data center and/or electrical construction experience strongly
- Experience working on large commercial or mission-critical construction projects
- Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, union jobsite environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills
