This is a high-impact role where you'll own the full sales cycle—from identifying new opportunities to closing contracts and building lasting client partnerships. You'll be instrumental in expanding our footprint across new industries and geographies while deepening relationships with existing accounts.
What You'll Do

- Build a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and referrals
- Develop and execute account penetration strategies for enterprise clients
- Navigate MSP/VMS environments to secure vendor partnerships and supplier status
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing clients—new departments, locations, and service lines
- Negotiate contract terms, rate cards, and master service agreements
- Research market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in technical staffing
- Provide feedback to leadership on client needs, pricing dynamics, and service gaps
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to align sales efforts with delivery capabilities
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM
- Track key metrics: new logos, contract value, win rate, client retention
Required
- 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management—preferably in staffing, recruiting, or professional services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas ($1M+ annually)
- Experience selling to enterprise clients with complex procurement processes
- Strong understanding of staffing industry dynamics, contract structures, and margin management
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently and drive results
- Experience in technical staffing verticals: IT, manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades
- Familiarity with MSP/VMS platforms and vendor management processes
- Existing network of HR, procurement, or hiring manager contacts in Southern California
