Role Overview
Were seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support business development and client growth across the energy sector. This is a remote role ideal for someone with early sales experience who is eager to grow into a client-facing career.
- Assist in building and maintaining a revenue pipeline across renewables, transmission, O&G, storage, and data centers.
- Conduct outreach to prospective clients, qualify leads, and support proposal preparation.
- Partner closely with Sales Managers on client calls, presentations, and account growth strategies.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and provide regular sales reports.
Qualifications
- 23 years of sales experience (B2B services, infrastructure, or related fields ).
- Energy sector knowledge or experience strongly .
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support proposals and presentations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working fully remote with proactive communication.
Compensation: Base + commission plan
