Role Overview

Were seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support business development and client growth across the energy sector. This is a remote role ideal for someone with early sales experience who is eager to grow into a client-facing career.

  • Assist in building and maintaining a revenue pipeline across renewables, transmission, O&G, storage, and data centers.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients, qualify leads, and support proposal preparation.
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers on client calls, presentations, and account growth strategies.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • 23 years of sales experience (B2B services, infrastructure, or related fields ).
  • Energy sector knowledge or experience strongly .
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support proposals and presentations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working fully remote with proactive communication.

Compensation: Base + commission plan
