Sales Representative - Power & Oil & Gas
Locations: Houston, San Antonio, Austin
Salary: Up to 180,000 + Bonus
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to lead sales growth for rental power solutions within the data center and oilfield services sectors. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and driving revenue through temporary, emergency, and supplemental power solutions for mission-critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and business growth by managing accounts in your assigned area.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to increase customer satisfaction and drive financial growth.
- Maintain and manage contracts, pricing, and all aspects of client relationships.
- Work closely with regional sales teams to ensure full coverage of accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients to promote company products/services.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless customer service, including billing and safety.
- Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoicing, ensuring all data is updated.
- Build long-lasting client relationships and offer after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Required: Proven sales experience, ideally within Power , Oil & Gas, or Industrial sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a business development or account sales role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- In-depth market knowledge and strategic sales experience.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
