POSITION SUMMARY
\n
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our high-performance team and be a part of our journey to shape the future of the Northern Virginia area data center community by delivering resilient and sustainable solutions that make a difference.

This position is for a Scheduling Coordinator who is detail oriented. This individual will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and timely service delivery. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. This individual must be committed to delivering high-quality and reliable fuel services to our customers. This role is crucial to ensuring the efficient scheduling and delivery of fuel to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SCHEDULING: Plan, schedule, and communicate fuel deliveries and field services work. Coordinate actively with department management, end-users, industry partners, and suppliers. Ensure timely deliveries and service execution in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contracts, and project scopes for both standard operations and emergency scenarios.

RECORD KEEPING, REPORTING AND CONTRACT FULFILLMENT : Provide monthly and quarterly fuel summary reports to customers. Coordinate with internal Administrator, Contracts and Procurement to ensure all annual contract requirements are planned and executed, reporting completion, and status monthly.

RESOURCE PLANNING: Scale Ad-Hoc Services: Emulate the established, routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) planning process and apply it directly to ad-hoc (unscheduled) services. Maintain Consumable Stocks: Coordinate continuously to ensure critical supplies like PRI-D, Pig Mats, and other consumables never run out. Manage Waste Disposal: Oversee the reliable pickup of oily rags and crushed filter barrels by Safety-Kleen. Institute Parts Verification: Coordinate a strict process with the supply chain manager and warehouse inventory employees to verify that all required parts are correct and physically in-house before a job begins
