The Role: The Hybrid Expert (Service & Walk-In Builds) We are looking for a seasoned, elite-level technician with 5 to 10 years of real field experience. This role requires a unique hybrid skillset: we need someone who is a master at autonomous service diagnostics, but who also has the hands-on capability to lead walk-in box reconstructions and new builds.

Because you will be servicing some of the most recognized corporate tech campuses in the world, you must be highly polished, professional, and capable of delivering white-glove service without needing a supervisor on-site.

What You Will Do:

• Autonomous Service: Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex commercial refrigeration systems, with a strict focus on walk-in coolers, freezers, and ice machines.
• Box Reconstruction & Builds: Lead walk-in box reconstructions (replacing floors, re-hanging/repairing doors, paneling) and oversee the physical assembly of new walk-in builds.
• Elite Client Representation: Act as the primary technical authority on-site for VIP enterprise clients, explaining complex issues to facility managers clearly and professionally.
• Route Management: Manage your daily route efficiently across our primary service areas (San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, the East Bay, and Napa/Marin regions).
• Vehicle Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked take-home company van.

What We Are Looking For (Strict Requirements):

• The Experience: 5–10 years of high-level, hands-on experience specifically servicing Commercial Refrigeration systems. (Note: General HVAC experience alone will not qualify).
• The "Box" Skills: Proven experience in walk-in box repair, door replacements, floor reconstruction, and new box assembly.
• The Professionalism: You must be completely comfortable and confident walking into high-security, enterprise-level tech campuses and acting as the face of the company.
• The Certifications: An active EPA Universal Certification is absolutely mandatory. NATE certification or a military mechanical background is a major plus.
• The Logistics: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must reside within the immediate Bay Area (SF, San Jose, Oakland, Hayward, or the immediate East Bay).
