Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage field activities for thermal, AC power, liquid cooling, commissioning, startup, and maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Review manpower requirements and escalate resource constraints when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, field changes, and scope adherence.
  • Conduct coordination meetings and provide project status updates and reports.
  • Support project managers in tracking project completion and resolving field issues.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing MEP construction projects and field personnel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing large field teams (up to 50 resources).
  • Experience using commissioning and issue-resolution software.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

  • 8–12 years of MEP field experience.
  • Experience with data center construction projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
