Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage field activities for thermal, AC power, liquid cooling, commissioning, startup, and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Review manpower requirements and escalate resource constraints when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements.
- Monitor project progress, field changes, and scope adherence.
- Conduct coordination meetings and provide project status updates and reports.
- Support project managers in tracking project completion and resolving field issues.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing MEP construction projects and field personnel.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing large field teams (up to 50 resources).
- Experience using commissioning and issue-resolution software.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.

- 8–12 years of MEP field experience.
- Experience with data center construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field.
- OSHA 30 certification.
