Working closely with the CFO, you will lead the design and execution of a transformative digital strategy across the organization. This high-impact role involves architecting a scalable data infrastructure, deploying advanced software solutions—including AI-powered tools—and fostering a culture of collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Advisory & Planning:

  • Collaborate with the CFO to deliver a digital transformation roadmap.
  • Modernize Excel-based tools into scalable digital solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement advanced software and AI technologies for financial planning and BI.

Systems & Data Architecture:

  • Design a centralized data infrastructure.
  • Lead implementation of a Revenue Management System (RMS).
  • Define data governance, workflows, and integration protocols.

Business Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration using BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ensure real-time visibility of KPIs and financial metrics.

Project & Change Management:

  • Set up project tracking across departments.
  • Drive change adoption across finance, operations, and commercial teams.
  • Train stakeholders on new systems and processes.

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling expertise
  • Strong proficiency in digital tools, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise systems (including full-stack development and web services)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Adaptable and effective in fast-paced, unstructured environments
