Senior Electrical Engineer

Job DescriptionJob Description

Are you ready to shape the future of energy-efficient, AI-ready data center infrastructure? (Hybrid Position)
Join INTUVA, a pioneering leader in designing, building, and maintaining next-gen data centers, and help us “Future Proof Your Data Center.” We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who’s equal parts innovator, builder, and leader—someone who can design mission-critical power systems that enable the seamless operation of advanced workloads in a hybrid world.

Why This Role Matters:

As a Senior Electrical Engineer at INTUVA, you’ll be the brain behind the power—literally. Your work will power some of the most demanding AI/HPC systems in the industry. You'll design electrical infrastructure that’s not just resilient and scalable, but also future-ready and energy-efficient.

This isn’t just a job, it’s a mission. You’ll influence the direction of data infrastructure for enterprise, institutional, and government clients nationwide.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead electrical design for modular, scalable, and high-density data center environments including edge, colo, and AI/HPC workloads.
  • Deliver detailed electrical system plans—covering UPS, PDU, switchgear, generators, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance, innovation, and flawless execution.
  • Integrate emerging power solutions such as fuel cells, evaporative cooling, and liquid cooling technologies.
  • Serve as a technical expert during sales processes, proposals, and client consultations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide cross-functional project success.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and codes (NFPA, NEC, ASHRAE) to ensure best-in-class solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years in electrical engineering, preferably in mission-critical facilities or data centers.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Expert in power distribution, energy efficiency, redundancy, and high-density systems.
  • Proficient with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, and/or SKM.
  • Strong project leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with sharp attention to detail and analytical thinking.

What Defines You:

  • Connector & Solver – Goal-driven, detail-oriented, and highly productive.
  • Inventor & Relator – Innovative yet grounded, able to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Driver – Focused on delivering results with strategic foresight and clarity.

Why Intuva?

  • Be part of a team leading the charge in data center transformation through innovation and sustainability.
  • Work on impactful projects that support AI, machine learning, and enterprise digital transformation.
  • Join a culture rooted in integrity, accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning.
  • Contribute to a purpose-driven mission: helping clients future-proof their digital infrastructure.

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule
  • Healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Professional development and licensing support
  • Opportunity to shape the future of next-gen infrastructure
