This Senior Analyst, FP&A role supports strategic decision‑making across a fast‑growing, institutionally backed renewables and infrastructure platform, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, valuation and capital allocation. The position partners closely with investment and development teams, combining core FP&A with deal‑driven analysis to optimise performance across a diverse portfolio.\n\nClient Details\n\nOur client is a fast‑growing, institutionally backed real assets platform operating across renewable energy and digital infrastructure in the UK and Europe. The business focuses on long‑term value creation through land aggregation, development and disciplined capital allocation.\n\nDescription\n\nBroad remit spanning budgeting, forecasting, valuation, capital allocation and scenario analysis\nBuild and maintain integrated financial reporting models consolidating business plans for each business segment\nDevelop scenario analysis for valuations and funding needs\nClose partnering with investment and development teams on acquisitions and projects\nBlend of corporate FP&A and deal / project finance responsibilities\nProvide insights on deal structuring, pricing strategy, and negotiation support\nTranslate complex financial data into clear recommendations for non-finance stakeholders\nCollaborate with investment & development teams to challenge assumptions and align financial plans with operational reality\nMonitor financial performance of the business segments\nTrack KPIs such as variance analysis (forecast vs actual), rent metrics, margins, capex, ROI, value uplift etc\nPrepare monthly management reports and board-level presentations\nHigh visibility role with regular interaction with senior leadership and investorsProfile\n\nYou will have 4+ years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a related analytical finance role\nHold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a strong academic background\nDemonstrates advanced financial modelling capability and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills\nExperience working with complex data sets, scenario analysis and performance reporting\nReal Estate or Investment Portfolio background desirable\nIs commercially minded, with the ability to balance detail with big‑picture thinking\nStrong stakeholder skills and confidence engaging with senior, non‑finance audiencesJob Offer\n\nCompetitive base salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.\nPerformance-based bonus structure.\nOpportunities for professional growth withing a growing business\nOffice based (4 days) in Central London, 1 at home
