Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre\nLocation: Oxford, UK\nPackage:£70,000 - £80,000 + Allowances + Benefits\nType: Full-Time | On-Site\nSector: Hyperscale Data Centres | Mission-Critical Infrastructure\n\nA leading international main contractor delivering large-scale hyperscale data centre projects is seeking an experienced Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team on a major campus development in Oxford.\n\nThis contractor is known for delivering technically complex, high-value mission-critical projects for global technology clients. With a strong UK and European pipeline, this role offers long-term security, project continuity, and progression into senior commercial leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n• Commercial management of MEP packages from procurement through final account\n• Preparation and management of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports\n• Assessment and agreement of subcontractor valuations and variations\n• Management of change control and cost reporting to senior leadership\n• Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations\n• Ensure commercial compliance with contract terms and project procedures\n\nRequirements\n\n• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management\n• Strong MEP commercial experience on data centre or complex building projects\n• Proven ability to manage large MEP packages\n• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
