Role Summary
Design, manage, and support enterprise network systems. Ensure networks are secure, reliable, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and improve network architecture (LAN/WAN/Wireless)
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve tickets
• Work on multiple projects as a technical expert or lead
• Maintain documentation and follow internal processes
• Support change management and incident response activities
• Participate in on-call and emergency support when required
• Required Skills
• Network design and troubleshooting
• Routers, switches, firewalls
• Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Skills
• Palo Alto firewalls (SonicWall migration experience is a plus)
• Cisco (Nexus, ACI)
• F5 Big-IP
• Data center networking experience
• Industry certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.)
