  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, assess feasibility, and deliver tailored project solutions.
  • Lead the tender process, including bid analysis, contractor evaluation, and award recommendations.
  • Oversee budget, schedule, and quality control, ensuring project profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate statutory, commercial, and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure full adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards and internal project management frameworks.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Support implementation and transition activities, ensuring smooth customer acceptance and handover.
  • Promote and uphold company values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence across all interactions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ project management experience within M&E, construction, or critical environment sectors.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in live data centre or industrial settings.
  • Mandatory Japanese Certified Construction Management Engineer License (Electrical or Mechanical).
  • Formal project management qualification preferred (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese supplier, contractor, and consulting markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and profitability.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Teams, and MS Project.

Skills & Attributes

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the confidence to build trusted client relationships.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Adaptable to change, with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Motivated, collaborative, and results-focused.
