We're seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and healthcare electrical projects from concept to completion. Based in Nashville, TN, this is your opportunity to work with a leading electrical contractor known for excellence in delivering high-tech, high-demand infrastructure.

What You'll Do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects — from estimating and budgeting to client management and field execution
- Lead the delivery of data center and healthcare projects with precision, safety, and quality at the forefront
- Act as the key liaison for clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and safety standards
- Mentor junior project team members and field leaders
- Visit job sites regularly and resolve issues proactively
- Manage all financial aspects, including billing, forecasting, and collections
- Coordinate material procurement and subcontractor schedules
What You Bring
- 10+ years of electrical contracting project management experience
- Strong knowledge of data center and mission-critical systems
- Experience in healthcare electrical projects is a major plus
- Journeyman or Master Electrician license or relevant degree
- Skilled in reviewing MEP drawings and working with estimating tools
- Proficiency in Google Suite and project management software
- OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
