We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale, ground-up commercial electrical construction projects in Texas, valued at $25M or more. This role focuses on mission-critical facilities, including hospitals and data centers, offering the opportunity to oversee complex, large-scale projects from design through completion.

Position Overview

The Senior Electrical Project Manager will manage all aspects of large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery. This leader will coordinate teams, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards for commercial and mission-critical facilities across Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of $25M+ ground-up commercial electrical projects in Texas
  • Oversee mission-critical projects, including hospitals, data centers, and other high-demand facilities
  • Manage project budgets, contracts, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with clients, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Mitigate project risks while driving efficiency and team performance
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing large-scale electrical construction projects
  • Proven success with $25M+ commercial, mission-critical projects, particularly hospitals and data centers
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and building codes
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is desired but not required
