Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee mission-critical projects within our data center operations. The ideal candidate will lead diverse project teams, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of quality and safety in industrial, cold storage, and hyperscale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mission-critical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, construction, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular project reviews and status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors to facilitate collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree .
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within mission critical environments such as data centers, industrial facilities, or hyperscale construction.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $500 million.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes in mission-critical settings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
