You will be a key point of contact for clients, oversee cost planning and control, and support junior team members, all while contributing to the company’s commercial growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead end-to-end cost management for complex, high-value projects\n\nDeliver accurate cost planning, procurement strategies, and tender analysis\n\nManage post-contract cost reporting and financial forecasting\n\nAdminister contracts (JCT/NEC) and manage change control processes\n\nProvide strategic commercial advice to clients from acquisition through delivery\n\nSupport business development, bidding, and client retention efforts\n\nMentor and support junior surveyors within the team\n\nRequirements:\n\nMRICS qualified (or working towards), with 5+ years of post-qualification experience\n\nProven experience within a UK consultancy environment\n\nStrong working knowledge of data centre, commercial, or industrial sectors\n\nDeep understanding of construction contracts and procurement strategies\n\nStrong client-facing and communication skills\n\nComfortable working within a multi-disciplinary, global consultancy setting\n\nWillingness to engage on international projects as required\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\nUp to £80,000 per annum (DOE)\n\nDiscretionary bonus structure\n\nHybrid / flexible working policy\n\nPrivate healthcare, enhanced pension, and comprehensive benefits\n\nStructured progression within a global platform\n\nAccess to cutting-edge projects and market-leading clients\n\nOngoing CPD and professional development resources
