A key player within the data centre space is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with exposure to working on data centre projects as they increase their central London office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working with clients across the UK and Europe, and supporting the current cost management DC team with the delivery of projects from the initial feasibility through to final accounts.

Data centre experience is a must
Comfortable working across various forms of contract

Worked as a Senior QS within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
