We are working with a leading civils and remediation contractor delivering a major data centre project in Didcot. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a key leadership role on a high-profile, technically complex scheme within a rapidly growing sector.

This Senior Site Manager opportunity is ideal for someone with strong civils and infrastructure experience, ideally with a background in data centre delivery or other mission-critical construction environments.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery across all civils works.

- Lead day-to-day site operations across civils packages on a live data centre project
- Manage subcontractors, programme delivery and site coordination
- Ensure full compliance with HSEQ standards and site safety requirements
- Work closely with project management and engineering teams to drive progress
- Maintain accurate site reporting, documentation and stakeholder communication
