Senior Site Manager\n\nSector: Data Centres / Critical Infrastructure\n Location: M25 Corridor & Nationwide\n Contract Type: Permanent\n\nPSR Solutions is working with a leading main contractor specialising in complex, large-scale construction projects to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for data centre developments across the M25 and nationally.\n\nThis role is suited to a Senior Site Manager with proven data centre or critical infrastructure experience, comfortable delivering technically challenging projects, managing large site teams, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme control.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting to the Project Director, the Senior Site Manager will take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on major data centre schemes. You will lead site management teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to exacting quality standards.\n\nFlexibility to travel and work on projects across the M25 corridor and nationally is essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFull responsibility for site delivery of data centre projects\n\nManaging site teams, including Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors\n\nEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme, specifications, and quality requirements\n\nDriving Health & Safety standards across site, including RAMS, inductions, and inspections\n\nCoordinating complex MEP, structural, and fit-out packages\n\nMonitoring progress and reporting to senior project stakeholders\n\nManaging logistics, sequencing, and interfaces between trades\n\nEnsuring compliance with client, statutory, and industry standards\n\nLeading defect management, commissioning support, and handover processes\n\nProactively identifying and resolving site and technical challenges\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Senior Site Manager on data centre or critical infrastructure projects\n\nStrong understanding of MEP-intensive construction environments\n\nSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential\n\nExcellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practice\n\nAbility to manage large, multi-disciplinary site teams\n\nStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n\nFlexible and willing to travel around the M25 and nationally as required\n\nRight to work in the UK\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nOpportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex data centre projects\n\nLong-term career progression with a leading contractor\n\nCompetitive salary, travel allowance, and benefits package\n\nStrong pipeline of work across the UK\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are a Senior Site Manager with data centre experience and the flexibility to work across the M25 or nationally, PSR Solutions would like to hear from you.
