Site Manager\n\nSector: Data Centres / Critical Infrastructure\n Location: M25 Corridor & Nationwide\n Contract Type: Permanent\n\nPSR Solutions is working with a leading main contractor delivering complex, large-scale data centre and critical infrastructure projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of major data centre schemes.\n\nThis role would suit a Site Manager with proven data centre or MEP-intensive project experience, comfortable working in highly regulated environments and managing multiple subcontractors on live sites.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting to the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager, the Site Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.\n\nFlexibility to travel and work on projects across the M25 corridor and nationally is essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDay-to-day management of site activities on data centre projects\n\nSupervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple work packages\n\nEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications\n\nDriving Health & Safety standards on site, including inductions, RAMS, and inspections\n\nManaging site logistics, access, and sequencing of works\n\nCoordinating with engineering, MEP, and commissioning teams\n\nMonitoring quality and managing snagging and defect resolution\n\nReporting progress and site issues to senior management\n\nSupporting testing, commissioning, and handover activities\n\nMaintaining accurate site records and documentation\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager on data centre or critical infrastructure projects\n\nStrong understanding of MEP-heavy construction environments\n\nSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications essential\n\nExcellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and site compliance\n\nStrong organisational and communication skills\n\nAbility to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively\n\nWillingness to travel around the M25 and nationally as required\n\nRight to work in the UK\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nOpportunity to work on high-profile, technically complex data centre projects\n\nLong-term career progression with a leading contractor\n\nCompetitive salary, travel allowance, and benefits package\n\nStrong pipeline of data centre work across the UK\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you are an experienced Site Manager with data centre experience and the flexibility to work nationally, PSR Solutions would like to hear from you.
