Site Manager – Facades/Roofing & Cladding
Location: Europe (projects across multiple countries)
Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + package

The Role
Our client is a leading international contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Europe. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in facades, roofing, and cladding packages to oversee on-site delivery on complex, high-value projects.

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing building envelope works on site, ensuring safety, quality, and programme targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site activities for facade, roofing, and cladding works
Coordinate specialist subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and agreed programmes
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
Oversee quality inspections, snagging, and defect rectification
Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager / Project Director
Manage interfaces with other trades to ensure smooth sequencing
Support handover and close-out activities
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering facades, roofing, and cladding packages
Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems and methodologies
Experience managing specialist subcontractors on live construction sites
Good understanding of site health & safety and quality standards
Able to work in a programme-driven, fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on projects across Europe
Package
£50,000 – £65,000 base salary, dependent on experience
