This is a senior, highly visible supply chain leadership role within a business focused on modular and skidded power systems - designed to shorten construction schedules, reduce onsite risk, and improve quality through factory-built execution.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain strategy, working closely with executive leadership, engineering, operations, and project teams to support complex, made-to-order data center projects.
Responsibilities:

- Lead sourcing and procurement of long-lead electrical components (switchgear, breakers, bus, enclosures, etc.)
- Manage and negotiate high-value commercial agreements with strategic suppliers (pricing, lead times, capacity, terms)
- Build and maintain senior-level supplier relationships and develop alternative sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with project management and operations to align material availability with project schedules
- Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and material flow for engineered-to-order / configured-to-order products
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies across cost, schedule, and availability
Requirements:
- Strong experience in supply chain or procurement within electrical manufacturing
- Proven experience leading senior-level supplier negotiations and commercial discussions
- Background supporting manufacturing, production planning, and project-driven execution
- Experience working in engineered-to-order or modular systems environments
- Comfortable operating in a plant-based, onsite role
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary and bonus
- Full health, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) with company contribution
- Direct visibility and influence with senior leadership and strategic suppliers
- Ability to work on mission-critical infrastructure projects that support some of the largest data center builds in the market
