In this way, Amazon Brazil Transportation Team is looking for an experienced Sr. Program Manager with a strong focus on ensuring the best decision-making balance among deliveries quality, speed, and costs within transportation operations, keeping a high bar for customer experience.
The successful candidate will be able to create, develop, prioritize and drive solutions that result in transportation continuous improvement, cost management and excellence across teams.
Key job responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to meet speed requirements and improve Customer Experience (CX) in alignment with business North Star and goals, assuring cost to serve
• Ensure optimal decision-making by balancing quality, speed, and cost trade-offs within transportation operations using qualitative analysis, Amazon mechanisms and frameworks
• Connect fulfillment and transportation strategy across each mile to optimize Cost to Serve by channel while maintaining quality standards
• Lead weekly meetings with stakeholders to ensure operations plan goals remain on track (in three pillars)
• Write strategic documents (e.g., narratives, PR/FAQs) that clearly communicate vision to senior leadership
