JOB SUMMARY:

The responsibilities of the Senior Traffic Analyst include invoicing, documentation management, and customer service.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Audit LTL bills

• Audit truckload bills

• Pays LTL and truckload bills

• Prepares FedEx shipments

• Assembles all Plant and Service Center bills of lading

• Tracks inbound and outbound shipments

• File bills of lading

• File paid checks

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Mature, responsible, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines

• Detail-oriented with good analytical skills

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• High School graduate

• 0 – 3 years

• Prior traffic/logistics experience
