A leading international contractor is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a data centre project in Germany, from groundworks through to steel frame erection and final handover. This is a pivotal role on a high-spec, fast-track build requiring strong technical knowledge and site leadership across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities from enabling works and civils through to steel structure, fit-out, and commissioning
• Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and sequencing to maintain programme and quality standards
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety, environmental, and QA/QC procedures
• Liaise with design, engineering, and client teams to resolve technical issues and drive progress
• Maintain site records, reporting, and daily briefings
• Lead site teams with a focus on safety, quality, and delivery excellence

Requirements

• Proven experience managing full project lifecycle on large-scale industrial or commercial builds
• Strong background in groundworks, steel structures, and fast-track construction environments
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (or equivalent)
• EU work eligibility or right to work in Germany
• German skills beneficial but not essential
