Job Summary:

SafeSite Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Safety Coordinator to support safety operations on active data center construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, enforcing site safety policies, and partnering with project teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

This is a full-time, on-site role supporting mission-critical construction operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce site-specific safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements
• Conduct daily safety walks, audits, and hazard assessments
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety practices on site
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety violations
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports
• Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with 100% tie-off policies
• Support client safety requirements for data center construction environments
• Coordinate with project management and client safety teams
• Promote a proactive safety culture across the jobsite

Required Qualifications

• OSHA 30 required (minimum)
• OSHA 500 or 510 (Required) 
• Experience in construction safety, preferably data center or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards
• Ability to stop work when unsafe conditions are identified
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, active construction environments
• Proficient with safety reporting and documentation (must have laptop-not Chromebook)

Experience

• Data center construction experience
• Electrical / mechanical construction environments
• Experience working with large general contractors (GCs)
• Familiarity with site-specific safety plans and client compliance programs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk active construction sites for extended periods
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
• Must be able to wear required PPE at all times
