Site Safety Supervisor

Oversee and enforce safety protocols for data center cleaning crews, ensuring OSHA compliance, proper PPE use, and a safe work environment

Site Safety Supervisor Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 05:30am to 04:00pm)

• Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety policies
• Monitor cleaning crews for safe work practices
• Ensure proper PPE use (gloves, respirators, suits, etc.)
• Conduct daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
• Monitor chemical handling and SDS compliance
• Perform routine safety inspections of work areas
• Investigate incidents, injuries, and near misses
• Maintain safety logs and compliance documentation
• Coordinate safety protocols with site management

Site Safety Supervisor Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 Certification (required)
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• 2–5+ years experience in safety supervision or EHS roles
• Experience in industrial cleaning, facilities, or data center environments
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, hazard communication, and chemical safety
• Experience managing PPE compliance and safety training
• Ability to conduct safety inspections and incident investigations
• Strong communication and leadership skills with diverse crews
• Familiarity with SDS documentation and chemical handling procedures
• First Aid / CPR certification

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
