Job Description:

We're looking for a driven Skilled Trades & Engineering Recruiter to join our team and manage a full recruiting desk. In this role, you'll source, screen, and place candidates across a wide range of industrial and construction disciplines — from electricians and instrument fitters to field engineers, project managers, and data center technicians. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for skilled trades and engineering roles (electricians, instrument fitters, field engineers, construction managers, project managers, data center technicians, and more)
- Build and manage candidate pipelines using job boards, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications and fit
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and client needs
- Present qualified candidates to clients in a clear, professional format
- Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing through offer and placement
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the applicant tracking system
- Stay current on industry trends across construction, industrial trades, and data center markets

Required Experience/Skills:

- Prior recruiting experience (staffing agency experience strongly )
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive candidate sourcing
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset

- Experience recruiting specifically for construction, industrial trades, or data center roles
- Familiarity with skilled trades classifications (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, etc.)
