About the Role

This isn't a back-office seat. This is a full-time on-site position with a salary between $85k-$110k

As our Senior Accountant, you'll own the day-to-day financial operations of a global manufacturer — with direct visibility into the business and a clear path upward as we scale. You'll report to our Finance Manager and work closely with leadership across operations, sales, and supply chain.

We're a small team. You'll have real ownership from day one.

What You'll Own

Accounts Payable & Receivable

  • Process weekly AP batches, manage vendor files and W-9 compliance
  • Generate daily customer invoices; manage AR aging and collections
  • Apply cash receipts and maintain credit memo documentation

Month-End Close & General Accounting

  • Lead close activities: accruals, amortizations, journal entries, reconciliations
  • Maintain balance sheet schedules — fixed assets, prepaids, accruals
  • Support financial reporting through variance analysis and clean workpapers

Inventory, Cost & Intercompany

  • Manage intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations
  • Support cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and cost variance reviews

Cash & Reporting

  • Reconcile daily banking activity and assist with short-term cash forecasting
  • Prepare internal financial reports and support audit/CPA requests
  • Identify and drive process improvements

First 90 Days

You'll spend the first 30 days learning our NetSuite environment, understanding our customer base, and getting up to speed on close processes. By day 60, you'll be leading close independently. By day 90, you'll own AP/AR, reporting, and be a key voice in process improvement conversations.

What We're Looking For

✅ Required

  • 5–7 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong GAAP knowledge
  • NetSuite or comparable ERP experience
  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Manufacturing or distribution background
  • Experience with cost accounting and inventory accounting
  • CPA or CPA candidate
  • Familiarity with intercompany accounting
