What You’ll Do

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — combining market insight, relationship-building, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable results. You will:

Build and Grow Relationships

  • Strengthen existing customer partnerships to increase engagement and share of wallet
  • Identify, engage, and win new customer accounts through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships

Develop Market Strategy

  • Drive business development in the data center segment, uncovering new opportunities and markets for expansion
  • Collaborate across teams to align our product offerings with market needs and customer feedback

Enable Sales Growth

  • Partner with marketing to create powerful go-to-market strategies and campaigns
  • Shape value propositions and sales tools that resonate with data center customers

Deliver Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide business strategy
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for continued growth

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA )
  • 10+ years in Business Development or Market Development, with 5+ years in the Data Center industry
  • Proven experience selling custom-engineered or consultative solutions
  • Skilled in strategic account planning and executing growth strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • A self-motivated, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset
