Role Overview

TURNBRIDGE is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support enterprise‑scale, high‑performance networking environments across multiple sites. This role will serve as a Tier 3 subject matter expert, driving advanced routing, switching, load balancing, and network troubleshooting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support complex enterprise networks across multiple data centers and branch locations
  • Provide Tier 3 escalation support for routing/switching, DHCP/DNS, firewall, and load‑balancing technologies
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts using advanced tools and methodologies
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and network optimization initiatives
  • Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical leader across projects
  • Document network standards, configurations, and operational practices

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of core networking experience in route/switch environments
  • Advanced knowledge of load‑balancing technologies
  • Hands‑on Tier 3 support capability across DHCP/DNS, firewalls, and enterprise networking stacks
  • 3+ years supporting complex, multi‑site or data center environments
  • Expertise with one or more of the following:
  • Arista EOS
  • F5 load balancers
  • Infoblox
  • Palo Alto firewalls
  • Strong understanding of routing protocols including BGP and OSPF
  • Troubleshooting experience with tools such as:
  • Ekahau
  • Packet capture utilities
  • NetFlow
  • NetMRI
  • Splunk
  • Endace
  • CA Spectrum
  • ThousandEyes (plus)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of network design, network operations, or network automation
  • Strong Python skills, including automation and systems integration
  • Multicast networking expertise
