We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives that support a rapidly growing manufacturing operation. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, driving cost savings, and leading procurement initiatives that directly contribute to continued business growth.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and category management strategies.
- Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis, benchmarking, and market research.
- Manage supplier performance and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships.
- Review supplier contracts to ensure compliance and commercial effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop sourcing plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Lead and mentor procurement team members, including direct and dotted-line responsibilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes.

What We're Looking For
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
- Proven success negotiating supplier contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and sourcing software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

- CPSM, CSCP, CPM, or similar professional certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
- Background supporting engineered products or industrial manufacturing.
