Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Superintendent to lead day-to-day construction operations on high-profile commercial projects. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex builds with a focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
This role offers the chance to oversee impactful projects in K-12 education, healthcare, and data center construction, ensuring successful delivery from ground-up through closeout.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements

Develop and implement detailed site logistics, schedule management, and subcontractor coordination plans

Lead daily toolbox talks, safety meetings, and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies

Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and quality control procedures

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence

Build strong working relationships with project managers, subcontractors, clients, and design teams

Prepare and maintain daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Mentor and supervise field personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction

Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M+, preferably in K-12, healthcare, or data center sectors

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety standards

Proficient with construction management software (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar)

Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse teams effectively

OSHA 30 certification

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
