Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a global leader in digital infrastructure, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support rapid growth across Asia Pacific. The Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment in Malaysia and the wider APAC region, with a focus on roles in data centres, technology, and infrastructure. This position will involve proactive sourcing, recruitment marketing, and close partnership with business leaders and hiring managers. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador, driving employer branding initiatives, championing diversity, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for regional roles, particularly in data centre and tech functions.
• Build pipelines by sourcing and engaging passive talent across local and regional markets.
• Drive recruitment marketing campaigns to strengthen the employer brand.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide market insights and deliver hiring solutions.
• Promote diversity and inclusion while delivering a seamless candidate journey.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Talent Acquisition across APAC; exposure to data centre, technology, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills with proven ability to engage passive talent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or additional languages a plus.
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate about recruitment marketing, employer branding, and data-driven talent acquisition.
