Technical Project Manager (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages change management processes across the technology organization.
• Coordinates and tracks infrastructure initiatives including data center migrations and the buildout of a second data center.
• Establishes and maintains operational workflows for day-to-day IT infrastructure activities.
• Facilitates agile ceremonies and manages sprint planning using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborates with Infrastructure, Support, DBA, and Observability teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Develops and maintains project documentation, timelines, and status reports for all IT projects.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks and dependencies across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in infrastructure or IT operations.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level change management processes.
• Strong understanding of data center operations, migrations, and infrastructure planning.
• Experience working in agile environments and managing projects using Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
