Technical Recruiter
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Quarterly Bonus

What You’ll Do

• Source, engage, and build relationships with top talent in the Chicago area and beyond.

• Manage the full recruiting cycle: prospecting, interviewing, and matching candidates to client needs.

• Partner with manufacturing clients to deliver customized staffing solutions.

• Consistently achieve and exceed performance metrics in both candidate and client development.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, HR, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse personalities.

• History of exceeding goals and thriving in competitive environments.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Resilient, resourceful, and highly motivated to win.
