We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of low-voltage and integrated technology projects. This role serves as the subject-matter expert for Division 27 & 28 systems, overseeing multidisciplinary projects that include structured cabling, network infrastructure, and integrated building technologies.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, project management experience, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, fully integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate technology-related design and construction efforts to meet quality, financial, and technical standards
- Lead constructability reviews, project planning, and client coordination for technology scopes
- Serve as the technical expert for low-voltage systems integration across multiple project types
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to develop system documentation and project deliverables
- Oversee installation and integration of systems, including:
- Structured cabling, pathways, and cable tray systems
- Voice & data communication systems
- Audio-visual systems
- Video surveillance and electronic security systems
- LAN/WAN and wireless networks
- Nurse call systems and DAS
- Building automation systems (BAS) and fire alarm integration
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing projections
- Act as a client-facing resource for technology consulting and solutions
- Support business development efforts by helping identify and pursue new opportunities
- Evaluate and introduce new technology solutions to clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing low-voltage or technology infrastructure projects
- Strong experience with fiber optics (installation, splicing, testing) and data center environments (OSP/ISP)
- Experience with microduct installation and fiber jetting/tugging
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools (Primavera or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification
- Confined space training
- Experience supporting construction, service, or maintenance contracts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint) and reporting tools
- Valid driver's license required
Certifications:
- RCDD, CCNA, CCDA, RTPM, or similar
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office-based with occasional site visits
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Regular use of computers and standard office equipment
- Periodic walking, standing, kneeling, and reaching
- Occasional exposure to outdoor conditions and job site environments
