No experience needed - they hire for potential and train from scratch.Career Development:Five consultants promoted in 2024, two more in Q1 2025 alone. The progression path runs from Consultant to Divisional Director level - with a genuine shareholding in the business for those who get there. Senior roles are filled internally, not hired from outside.Training:Classroom training, desk coaching, and strategy sessions with an expert Recruitment Trainer, plus weekly 1-2-1s and direct mentoring from the founder.
