What You’ll Do:

As the Training Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of all training activities at QES. You’ll manage our Learning Management System (LMS), assist with onboarding new employees, and help ensure that our workforce remains trained, certified, and ready to perform at their best.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Administering and maintaining the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) uploading training content, managing user access, and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Tracking and reporting training KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.

  • Coordinating and supporting new hire orientations for a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Partnering with managers and subject matter experts to create, edit, and upload training materials.

  • Organizing training courses, workshops, and certifications to promote compliance and engagement.

  • Maintaining accurate training records and calendars to support audits and internal reporting.

  • Assisting with project management activities and continuous improvement initiatives for the Training Team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in training coordination, administration, or a similar role — ideally in a manufacturing or technical environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

  • Experience with data tracking and KPI reporting to evaluate training effectiveness.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Project management experience required; PMP certification or coursework is a plus.

  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.

  • Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc.).

  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
