We are a family business with 30 years experience and are looking for a traveling foreman with extensive experience managing crews in complex and varied job sites. We offer 401K and Health coverage.
Our main business is to dismantle commercial/industrial installation Including:
-Dismantling Data Centers: server racks, raised floor, ATS, UPS, generator, HVAC, fire suppression.
-Dismantling laboratory installation: lab casework, fumehoods, plumbing,..,
- Various commercial/industrial electrical installations.
Please note:
1. This role requires extensive travel within the continental US.
2. You must have experience with industrial facilities construction or dismantling.
3. Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.

Responsibilities include
- Oversee and manage projects from start to finish (mainly dismantling of Data Center, industrial electrical and Laboratory facilities, see above for more details)
- Coordinate and schedule work activities for the construction crew
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Provide guidance and training to construction crew members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Supervisor in the construction industry
- Ability to travel extensively, although our job sites tend to be located on the East coast, we serve the entire continental US.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of construction estimating and cost control
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
