If you come from construction, siding, framing, fabrication, or general manufacturing, this role offers long-term stability, consistent overtime, and major project visibility tied to large data center builds.

Why This Role Is Open

This work has historically been outsourced. The company is now bringing enclosure siding and framing in-house to improve quality, scheduling, and cost control as demand continues to surge.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Large metal enclosures used in data centers and industrial equipment
  • Cutting, fitting, drilling, and assembling metal siding panels
  • Framing and enclosure-style construction work
  • High-volume, repeatable builds with strong quality standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble metal enclosure siding and framing components
  • Cut, drill, and fit metal panels to specification
  • Read and interpret mechanical and construction prints
  • Accurately measure and pull dimensions using a tape measure
  • Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and related equipment
  • Maintain consistent quality over long production runs
  • Support overtime and shifting priorities as project demands change

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing
  • Strong tape measure skills (deal breaker if not proficient)
  • Experience with siding, framing, or enclosure-style builds (strong plus)
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings or blueprints
  • Comfortable working with metal materials
  • Willingness to work significant overtime, including occasional weekends

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Residential or commercial construction (siding, framing)
  • Metal fabrication or general manufacturing
  • Welders comfortable doing non-welding fabrication work
  • Assembly technicians from OEM or industrial environments

Work Environment

  • Indoor and occasional outdoor work
  • Fast-growing operation with expanding facilities
  • High production demand with steady, long-term workload
  • Team-based environment with flexible task assignments

Why Consider This Opportunity

  • Company with 100+ years of history and rapid growth
  • Major expansion tied to large data center projects
  • Consistent overtime and strong earning potential
  • Long-term contract-to-hire opportunity
  • Stable pipeline of work projected 3+ years out
