Banking, London, 2-3 & 4+ PQE, London

I have instructions from our international City firm client, whose Transactional Banking team is looking to add two associates; one at the 2-3 PQE level and the other at the 4+ PQE level.

Lawyers advise banks, sponsors, corporates, asset managers and governments on some of the world’s most complex, innovative and challenging transactions. That includes everything from public bids and leveraged financings, to trade deals and treasury matters.

You will be at the heart of multi-jurisdictional, cross-border deals, with headline-making impact. Working alongside experienced partners and a highly collaborative team, you will gain exposure to every corner of transactional Banking.

You will work closely with colleagues across UK and internationally as part of the integrated, one-team approach and will gain hands-on experience from day one – and will be trusted with real responsibility, real clients and real deals.

The candidate sought will have strong experience in transactional or general banking, ideally in acquisition finance, leveraged finance, or data centre finance
