Our client will teach you everything else you need to know about the industry and you'll gain the needed qualifications!

What You’ll Do:

As part of our training and development pathway, you will:

• Support and coordinate data centre projects across Germany and wider Europe
• Assist senior teams with cost estimation, budgeting, and project reporting
• Learn the fundamentals of project and cost management in real-world environments
• Work alongside industry experts delivering cutting-edge digital infrastructure
• Build your understanding of construction, technology, and client management

What We’re Looking For:

You do not need prior experience in construction or data centres. We’re interested in potential and attitude, not just qualifications.

We’re looking for:

• Current or former athletes (professional, semi-professional, or university level)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive mindset and hunger to learn
• A problem-solving approach and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent English (German a plus, but not essential)
• Willingness to travel within Germany and across Europe as needed
