BIM Manager - London

A leading international engineering contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across Europe are seeking an experienced and driven BIM Manager to join a flagship project team, due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline.

This organisation operates across mission-critical, industrial and advanced technology sectors, with a particular focus on Data Centre delivery. With multiple projects secured long-term, this is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional looking to play a strategic role within a forward-thinking and technically advanced contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full BIM lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover

• Develop, implement and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (MEP, CSA, architectural) to ensure clash-free and compliant models

• Manage model federation, clash detection and resolution processes

• Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and project-specific BIM standards

• Oversee model audits and ensure quality control of BIM deliverables

• Drive digital collaboration between design, construction and commissioning teams

• Provide technical BIM guidance and mentoring to site and design teams

• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and ensure document control integration

• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives regarding BIM requirements

• Support project planning, sequencing and 4D/5D integration where required

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a BIM leadership or coordination role within construction or engineering

• Strong background in MEP / mission-critical / industrial projects

• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects (€50m+ advantageous)

• Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM collaboration platforms

• Experience implementing ISO 19650 standards

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
