A leading international engineering contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across Europe are seeking an experienced and driven BIM Manager to join a flagship project team, due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline.\n\nThis organisation operates across mission-critical, industrial and advanced technology sectors, with a particular focus on Data Centre delivery. With multiple projects secured long-term, this is an excellent opportunity for a BIM professional looking to play a strategic role within a forward-thinking and technically advanced contractor.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• Lead and manage the full BIM lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover\n\n• Develop, implement and manage the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)\n\n• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams (MEP, CSA, architectural) to ensure clash-free and compliant models\n\n• Manage model federation, clash detection and resolution processes\n\n• Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and project-specific BIM standards\n\n• Oversee model audits and ensure quality control of BIM deliverables\n\n• Drive digital collaboration between design, construction and commissioning teams\n\n• Provide technical BIM guidance and mentoring to site and design teams\n\n• Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and ensure document control integration\n\n• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives regarding BIM requirements\n\n• Support project planning, sequencing and 4D/5D integration where required\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n• 5+ years’ experience in a BIM leadership or coordination role within construction or engineering\n\n• Strong background in MEP / mission-critical / industrial projects \n\n• Proven experience delivering large-scale projects (€50m+ advantageous)\n\n• Strong working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and BIM collaboration platforms\n\n• Experience implementing ISO 19650 standards\n\n• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills\n\n• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor at the forefront of digital construction delivery in a booming sector.\n\nIf you are interested in learning more, please apply with your CV for a confidential discussion
