Job Title: BMS Controls Engineer (Self-Employed)\n\nLocation: London & Surrounding Areas\n Rate: Competitive (Self-Employed / Contract)\n Start: Immediate / As Soon As Possible\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Controls Engineer to work with one of our established clients who specialise in the manufacture and installation of electrical and HVAC systems within data centres across London and the surrounding areas.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to join a growing workload of projects within the data centre sector. The role is offered on a self-employed basis, however for the right candidate this could lead to ongoing long-term work.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nInstallation, commissioning, and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) controls\nWorking on electrical and HVAC control systems within data centre environments\nFault finding, testing, and system optimisation\nReading and interpreting technical drawings and control schematics\nEnsuring work is completed to industry and site standards\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a BMS Controls Engineer\nRelevant electrical / controls qualifications\nExperience working with HVAC systems and BMS within commercial or data centre environments\nAbility to work independently and manage tasks on site\nStrong fault-finding and commissioning skills\n\nIf interested and feel you may be suitable, please apply or contact Josh at Interaction Construction – (phone number removed) / (phone number removed)\n\nINDC
